Laser Engraving – Please Read Description Before Adding

Laser engraving works well on the following wood options:
Poplar with “Gunstock” stain
Cherry
Maple

For Walnut and Poplar with “English Chestnut” stain, due to the dark color, the laser engraving will be very subtle, and may be difficult to see, so please be aware of this if you select one of these wood options.

Engraving will be on both sides of the stock, in a roughly 2-1/2″ x 2-1/2″ area (exact proportions will vary by artwork.)

We have a large library of different emblems and artwork available for laser engraving, including flags (US Flag, Flags of all 50 US States, Gadsen Flag, etc) emblems of the different branches of the armed forces, animals and hunting-themed artwork, etc.  We are working on uploading the most popular engraving images and adding them as product options, but in the meantime if you would like a symbol, emblem, or artwork other than the one(s) listed in the drop-down options, please select the “Other/Custom” option.  When selecting this option, you will not be charged for the laser engraving at checkout, and we will instead contact you regarding the details of the engraving you would like, and send you a proof for approval, then make arrangement for payment.  We will also quote a price for the requested artwork upfront, but unless the engraving requires an unusual amount of work (e.g., custom artwork that has to be designed from scratch, larger artwork in a non-standard location, etc.) you should expect that the price will be the same as the standard options listed here (currently $10.)
